More improvements are needed in detailed thems mentioned above

No minibar , bedroom supplying , coffee in the room was nihil. Air conditioning direction in the room is not good , it shouldn’t be blowing directional to the bed but to the entire room.

Facility is very clean and new. Staff is very friendly and ready to help with everything. I definitely will stay here again if I will visit Changwon city in the future.

I personally didn't like that they charge 15000 Korean won in case if you lose room key. Pillows in the room was very hard.

Breakfast was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. I wish I could go back!

The TV speakers were a bit terrible. It really bothered my husband. For the price, we both would have expected better quality.

1) Carpet is clean.

1) Carpet is clean. 2) Bed is soft and sheet is clean. 3) Front desk speaks English and helpful, a little smile would make the conversation better. 4) Walking distant to alot of fancy eateries and Lotte is 9mins walk away. 5) There was another side lift makes aliitle easier short distant for me to walk to my room, which is the end of the corridor.

1) Toilet "Door" Lacks Privacy and shared with wardrobe. 2) When I checked in the room, one of the toilet roll is little than half roll, usually 2 full rolls should be in placed. 3) Only 1 tea bag given. 4) Only 2 Pillows and soft. 4) TV Remote control are only in Korean, who can understand with all the buttons. 5) Airconditioning is not working and I have open the window, lucky it was 5th flr. 6) As a new hotel, why USB point are not given only local socket points. 7) Need to take a short taxi to Airport Limosine Bus Stand.

Affordable, high quality hotel in Changwon

This hotel is above the standards of a two statlr hotel. The facilities are quite new. I had a pleasant stay. There was no noise.

The room is little bit narrow. Other than that everything was as expected.

The lady at the reception was extraordinary helpful and friendly

Arriving at 12.30am after a 18hr flight from Europe. We were told the 2 rooms are not ready before 3pm. We asked for 1 room to get a shower and drop bags, because we had to be at the ISSF shooting event at 2pm. After some discussion the duty manager told us that we can get the room earlier if we pay extra. We were confused, so we double checked: without extra pay, rooms are not ready, and if we pay extra we can get a room. That was confirmed. Finally we still got one room at no extra charge. When we arrived at the 9th floor we could see many rooms were ready. That was really disappointing not to say ripoff. Another thing: I asked for help finding a Tepanyaki restaurant, the man at the reception could not help, his English was very poor, just good enough for check in without special issues. 4th Sept arrival, room 937

Clean room

Fake information about room rate above(there is no difference between double room and superior double room. The concierge said only difference is the breakfast. The roome state is same , but Double room include 1person breakfast and superior room include 2peraone breakfast. (But when i paid, the doubleroom included 2 person breakfast and the booking.com posted 2peson) ) Never expect for concierge serviece and kindness even you are in trouble with hotel service. They are rude enough.

Room was new and clean. Hot water was actually hot.

Exercise gym was poor. 3 Tread mills that did not incline. Excise machines were minimal. Front desk staff was difficult to work with.

An excellent place to stay for business in Changwon. Short, reasonable cost for taxi to Jinhae.

New facility, helpful staff, excellent breakfast

Couldn't work the TV controls - no access to English language channels or only for a couple of minutes. A/C poured directly overhead - Blue AC light was distracting.
